"Log your workouts"
With the help of an iWatch, Gymatic Workout Tracker wants to become the first app to identify what exercises you’re doing and automatically track them. However, for non-smartwatch users, you’ll manually select what kind of workouts you’re doing as well as the reps. To get started, simply choose the exercises you want to undertake. Then, Gymatic will give you its recommendations along with sets to do. In case you don’t know how to do a certain exercise, just tap on it and Gymatic will show you several images as well as text instructions. Then tap to log your reps.
For users who are already experienced at doing routine workouts, Gymatic provides a great way to keep your exercise logged as well as a quick way to track your overall progress.
Unless you have an Apple Watch (which is a must-have for gym goers), you won’t find a lot of functionality geared towards normal smartphone users, as the design, while sharp, just doesn’t feel as intuitive and logging workouts isn’t all that great.
